Every plan combines strengths psychology with social justice awareness, helping you navigate careers with dignity, clarity, and confidence while building sustainable professional growth paths that respect your life context.

Other Services

Keynote (one-off)

High-impact inspirational session to raise awareness and mobilize teams toward action. My main topics of expertise are: inclusive leadership in practice, building cultures where people belong, conflict as a catalyst, not a threat, systemic approaches to equity and DEI beyond compliance: from regulation to lived cultures. Each presentation integrates global trends, data and real examples that connect purpose with organizational practice.

Workshop (one-off)

Participatory session that combines reflection with action. Through experiential learning, participants can explore: how unconscious biases shape decisions, power dynamics and who gets to belong, decolonial perspectives on workplace norms, concrete tools for inclusive day-to -day behavior and bridging the gap between awareness and implementation. Designed for teams ready to move beyond theory.

Introductory DEI Course (3 sessions)

A foundation program that builds shared language and understanding across your organization. The curriculum covers: core DEI concepts and why they matter, unconscious biases and systemic privilege, power positionality and individual responsibility and creating psychologically safe and equitable environments. The starting point for teams that want to do this right, not just check a box.

Advanced DEI Course (8 sessions)

A learning journey for leaders, HR teams, and change agents who are ready to go deeper.
