Why I Do This Work

I’m an activator at heart; the kind of person who turns complex ideas into momentum, and momentum into measurable change. For over a decade, I’ve helped organizations across sectors become fairer, more inclusive, and more human, whether that meant designing national programs from scratch, shaping global standards, or getting unlikely partners to row in the same direction.

My career began in Chile, where I built the country’s first multi‑stakeholder program on diversity and inclusion (long before it was trendy!), I partnered with CEOs, governments, NGOs, and people who normally wouldn’t share a coffee, and turned “impossible” agendas into measurable change. By the end, 52 companies (representing 13% of the national GDP!) were improving their social practices and influencing policy. Since then, I’ve brought that same mix of social justice, systems thinking, and joyful stubbornness to global roles at Lloyd’s Register, WBCSD, and Hivos.

Working across cultures, power dynamics, and messy organizational realities taught me something essential: people don’t thrive because systems are perfect, they thrive when they understand themselves, know how to move through complexity with intention, and moreover, they feel seen.

That’s what led me to coaching.

I now help people do what I’ve always done in the background of every role: see their strengths clearly, navigate change with more ease, and make bold, grounded decisions that honor their story and their values.
